About:

I am a native of Estonia and have studied theology in Switzerland and the United States, obtaining a Ph.D. from the Catholic University of America in Historical Theology. I have been an Associate Professor of Patristic Theology at CUA, a Faculty Member at Georgetown University, and an Associate Professor at John Leland Center. Currently I am an Associate Professor of Patristics at Tartu University, Estonia. I have published numerous research articles and books, the latest of which is Early Christian Theology (in Estonian, 2022). I am also the one of the Subject Editors of the forthcoming 6-volume Brill Encyclopedia of Early Christianity.
