Theology & Practice of Leadership
The purpose of the course is to assist leaders in constructing and implementing their theologies of leadership.
SIGNIFICANCE FOR LIFE AND MINISTRY:
The course is designed for those who seek to align their leadership approaches with faith, both in congregational and other public life settings.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Through the successful completion of this course students will be able to:
Gain a theological understanding of their ministry settings, both in congregations and other spheres of public life,
Formulate their theologies of leadership,
Construct, articulate and implement theological transformative leadership strategies.

COURSE FORMAT:
The course will be taught online. It will include eight synchronous sessions and the asynchronous portion.
