Global Church History
Global Church History is an online survey-course about the worldwide spread of Christianity. The adjective “global” means that the adopted approach is ecclesio-centric; that is, it focuses on Christian church on all continents and consequently, attempts to broaden and deepen our perception of Christianity as a world-religion.
SIGNIFICANCE FOR LIFE AND MINISTRY:
This course facilitates students’ selfunderstanding as part of a global phenomenon—the world-wide church—, as well as raise their awareness of the various forms of Christianity in the world
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Students will know about the beginnings of Christianity in all four continents.
