About:
I was born in Seoul, S. Korea and immigrated to the DC area in 1972. I grew up in the suburbs of Maryland and went to Illinois for college. After a brief stint in medical school, I pursued my heart's interest in the intersection of philosophy and theology. Since college years, I've been involved in various ministries: youth, college, young adults, and families. I've also ministered overseas for many years. In addition to deaning at Leland, I serve as the senior pastor of The Rock Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, Maryland.
